Chad F. McMillen

Attorney McMillen has litigated various cases to verdict in Beaver and Allegheny County and has argued cases before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.  Attorney McMillen is admitted to practice before the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas, the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and the United States Tax Court.  Attorney McMillen is the Solicitor for Raccoon Township, was appointed as council for Beaver County in a property tax case and has been retained as local council for Fisher Zucker, LLC, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

After earning a Law Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Attorney McMillen earned a Masters of Law Degree in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.  This advanced degree is important in resolving the many tax issues that arise in Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
