Attorney Kelly Tocci's litigation and trial practice involves all types of personal injury claims such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, injuries to children, food poisoning, and wrongful death claims. Attorney Tocci has also litigated a variety of insurance bad faith claims seeking damages against insurance companies under the Pennsylvania Bad Faith Statute. In addition to litigation and trial work, her experience includes appellate practice before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Attorney Tocci also serves on the Board of Governor's for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, chairing the essay contest committee which awards annual scholarships to local high school seniors.
